Divers.

The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and www.needs.construction , shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and www.needs.construction , agree that any cause of action that may arise under this Agreement shall be brought and heard in the appropriate court in the State of Delaware, County of New Castle. You and www.needs.construction , each agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of New Castle in the State of Delaware. 1- The customer has the right to cancel, with full refund, his subscription within exactly 10 working days after his payment.
